Society of California Archaeologists

Archaeologists play a key role in protecting our culture and our heritage. They also play a key role in ensuring that new clean energy projects that we need to get to 100% clean energy are not destroying important heritage sites for those that came before us. Sadly, the last 20 years has been devastating for schools and universities that teach archaeology. This dying art & science needs to be re-established in the state. We need to bring more funds and reintroduce more kids to the importance of studying our past to protect our future.
